Low Season: April 15 to Dec 14 - $115.00 US per night, for 2 people
High Season: Dec 15 to April 14 - $145.00 US per night, for 2 people.
Note: Extra people are $10/night/person.

Low Season: April 15 to Dec 14 - $120.00US per night, per 2 persons
High Season: Dec 15 to April 14 - $150.00US per night, per 2 persons

HOLIDAY SEASON BOOKINGS - December 15 - January 7 ( minimum 7 night stay)
Late checkouts fees and long term stay (over 30 days) available.
Cleaning fee of $80.00 on a stay of 6 nights or less.
All rates are subject to Hawaiian State Tax 13.42%

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Deposit - $400 deposit is required on booking: refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival.
Final Payment - payment is due 90 days prior to arrival date. Refund due to cancellation after 90 days will be made only if the condo can be rebooked!
